Capt. Richard Andrews is the owner of Tar-Pam Guide Service and has over 14 years of experience in North Carolina’s charter fishing and hunting industry. Growing up in eastern North Carolina.

 

Capt. Andrews began fishing the rivers, estuaries and gulfstream waters at an early age. He services the Pamlico, Pungo, and Roanoke Rivers year-round for inshore saltwater species on light tackle and fly.
